Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing outbound and inbound prospecting activities.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to qualify opportunities and support pipeline growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and basic data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort with learning FinancialReports’ products and industry concepts; prior experience in financial services or SaaS is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
