Salary: up to £55K dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid working - outskirts of Horsham
Customer Account Manager duties:
Provide regular updates on overall customer satisfaction
Work closely with other teams to ensure customer are receiving the level of service required and monitor customer enquiries
Organise and lead Customer Success initiatives
Build relationships with stakeholders
Monitor and maintain client accountsSkills and experience:
Proven Customer Success / Account Manager / Customer Service Management experience, ideally working within the Healthcare or Tech Solutions sector
Excellent relationship building skills
Attention to detail and good communicator
