Requirements
* Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Building Services Estimator.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services installations.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Qualifications
* HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
* Relevant industry qualifications or extensive practical estimating experience.
* Full UK Driving Licence
