Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor

Lead daily operations to achieve production targets safely and efficiently
Oversee mixing, packing and machine operation across production areas
Monitor quality, productivity and waste to support continuous improvement
Identify production issues and assist with operational troubleshooting
Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
Promote food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards throughout the operation 
What we're looking for in a Production Supervisor

Previous experience supervising teams within a food manufacturing environment
Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety standards
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience monitoring production performance and quality standards
Ability to complete production documentation accurately 
Working hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm | 4 on / 2 off
