We are currently looking for a Building Services Manager for our client who are a well known and reputable M&E Contractor operating in the UK.
Our client have asked that the Building Services Manager ideally will have a Mechanical bias / come from a Mechanical background as the projects to be looked after will be heavily Mechanical.
The projects to be delivered will be in the Commercial Fit Out / Life Sciences / Labs sectors so they are looking for a Building Services Manager who has experience delivering these types of projects.
The projects to be delivered are high value major projects so again the successful Building Services Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar sized projects.
The salary for the successful Building Services Manager will be dependant on experience and expertise.
