How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a strategic, fast-paced role. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the business, enabling the delivery of key strategic, operational and financial priorities.

    Working closely with the CFO, Executive Team, Board members and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide a blend of executive support, strategic coordination, programme management and business delivery.

    You will play a key role in ensuring Board reporting, business planning, governance activities and strategic projects are delivered to a consistently high standard. As the organisation progresses through its next phase of growth, you will also support transaction readiness activities, including coordinating due diligence requests, managing information flow and maintaining a robust data room environment.

    This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step beyond traditional executive support into a broader role, working as a trusted partner to the CFO while helping to drive strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    As Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will:

    * Support the delivery of strategic priorities by coordinating action plans, tracking progress and managing key deliverables.

    * Coordinate Board and Committee papers, presentations, briefings and supporting documentation.

    * Support investor readiness activities by coordinating data rooms, due diligence requests and investor-facing materials where applicable.

    * Work collaboratively across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

    * Support financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, including budget tracking and business case preparation.

    * Manage the CFO's diary, inbox, meetings and key communications, ensuring focus on high-impact priorities.

    * Lead and support strategic and operational projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and governance.

    About You

    You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders. You'll bring:

    Essential

    * Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.

    * Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

    * Excellent stakeholder management capability.

    * A high level of discretion and professionalism.

    * The ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace.

    * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

    * A proactive, forward-thinking approach.

    * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

    * Resilience, adaptability and professionalism under pressure.

    * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Desirable

    * Experience supporting a CFO or Finance Director.

    * Financial and commercial awareness.

    * Experience supporting transaction activity (e.g. M&A).

    * Experience coordinating data rooms or due diligence processes.

    * Experience preparing Board or investor-level materials.
