The Role
We're seeking caring and enthusiastic childcare professionals to work with toddlers aged 1-2 years in this dynamic early years environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting children's development through play-based, exploratory learning.
Acting as a key person, forming strong relationships with children and families.
Leading outdoor learning and Forest School activities.
Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Helping with daily routines such as meals, rest, and care.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive nursery atmosphere.
Observing and recording progress in line with EYFS guidance.
What We're Looking For
Experience working in early years or nursery settings, ideally with toddlers.
Experience as an early years practitioner with key children
Genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and wellbeing.
Interest in nature-based and outdoor learning.
Patience, empathy, and creativity when engaging with toddlers.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
