Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our client's friendly electronics manufacturing team based in Letchworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled assembler who can hit the ground running, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm
30-minute lunch break (12:30pm)
15-minute morning and afternoon tea breaks
Key Responsibilities
Electronic assembly
Soldering
Cable and wiring assembly
Mechanical assembly
Following detailed work instructions
Producing high-quality cable assemblies to meet weekly production schedules
Maintaining high quality standards and working safely at all times
Requirements
Previous electronic assembly and soldering experience
IPC/J-STD-001 knowledge or certification (current or expired desirable)
Ability to follow work instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent timekeeping
