About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils across the curriculum. Your responsibilities may include:
Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Helping to manage classroom behaviour
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentYou'll have the opportunity to work across a range of schools and age groups throughout Redcar, allowing you to gain valuable experience and find the setting that suits you best.

Requirements
Experience working with children or young people (in any setting)
A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references covering the last two years
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their potential
