How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our client amarket leading consultancy specialising in business sales within the healthcare sector are looking to recruit a commercially aware Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Leamington

    This is a relationship-led role where you'll build trust with clients, generate buyer interest and negotiate successful sales.

    The Role

    Working alongside Business Brokers, you will:

    Introduce practices to prospective buyers.
    Build relationships with healthcare practices, buyers and investors.
    Qualify buyers and match them with suitable opportunities.
    Generate interest and manage follow-up throughout the sales process.
    Negotiate offers and help agree successful deals.
    Maintain accurate CRM records and support transactions through to handover.
    You will be:

    A confident and articulate communicator.
    Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.
    Motivated, proactive and organised.
    Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, estate agency or another relationship-focused commercial role.
    Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
    A full UK driving licence is required.

    Previous experience in healthcare sales isn't necessary however, we are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
