How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager.

    Established for over over 20 years ago our Client is a long established and highly successful Group of Retail / Distribution Companies.

    As the business continues to evolve they are looking to appoint within the Digital Team to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager – the role will report to the Head of Performance and is seen as a senior role in the Group.

    SKILLS / BACKGROUND NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE PAID SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ROLE

    Our Client will be looking for a proven track record of success / experience of the management of Paid Social campaigns – either Inhouse or via an Agency

    You will have a proven track record of and passion for Analysis – using Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager / GA4 and Looker Studio.

    Your passion for and understanding of Performance Optimization / Creative Best Practices and Audience Targeting will be essential in this role.

    Other skills / areas of experience essential to this role includes

    * Manage Budgets / Bids and Targeting – with Audience Segmentation

    * Develop and execute Paid Social Campaigns

    * Brief and oversee Creative Content – align with Brand Objectives

    * Prepare and Report on Weekly and Monthly KPI’s

    * Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £55,000 – doe
