Key Responsibilities
As Head Chef, you'll play a key role in leading the kitchen by:
Leading, motivating and training junior chefs to a high standard.
Creating exceptional dishes using fresh, local produce.
Maintaining the highest food hygiene standards at all times.
Driving consistency and quality throughout every service.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous Head Chef experience within a 2 AA Rosette environment.
A passionate Chef with personality, creativity and a desire to progress.
