The Role – Reach Truck Driver / Dispatch Operative
As a key member of the warehouse team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within a fast-paced, high-bay environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reach Truck Operation: Safely pick stock from high racking and put away incoming goods.
* Loading & Unloading: Efficiently handle delivery vehicles, trailers, and containers.
* Inventory Control: Conduct stock checks, inspect for damages, and maintain accurate stock records.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Carry out pre-shift checks, adhere to speed limits, and follow all PPE requirements.
* General Warehouse Duties: Pallet wrapping, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Valid RTITB or ITSAR Reach Truck licence (essential).
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-bay warehouse environment.
* Strong understanding of materials handling and warehouse logistics.
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work night shifts.
