Main Receptionist Responsibilities:
* Answering all incoming calls and fielding them to the team
* Meeting and greeting all clients or visitors into the office
* Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
* Managing meeting rooms (ensuring they are clean and prepared for each meeting, providing refreshments)
* Assisting in administration tasks (archiving documents, opening/closing files, collecting docs, post etc)
* The Ideal Receptionist:
* Previous reception, admin or secretarial experience
* MS Word & Outlook experience
* Well presented with a good telephone manner
* Enthusiasm to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
* Happy to do trips to the post-office and into Farnham town
* Flexibility to work full-time to cover holidays/absences when required
