Experienced Roofer

Are you a skilled Roofer with solid, pitched and flat roofing experience?

Do you enjoy working with every traditional covering – from Tile, Slate and Felt – right through to more seldomly used materials? – NOT GRP!

We are assisting an established and highly regarded Bromley based business in their search for an experienced Roofer / Improver team with a van.

Perhaps you (as the experienced roofer) already work with a small and established team? There’s room and on-going work for you, an improver, and a labourer!

Enjoying a good mix of high end residential projects, with the occasional commercial project, typically you will encounter:

* Replacement flat, pitched, and occasional EDPM roofing projects,

* Commercial and domestic sites (Apartment Blocks, Schools, Offices, and Public Buildings) around the Greater London and North Kent regions (mainly BR, CR, DA postcodes)

* Emergency leak repairs

* 3 layer felt and hot works

* Complex guttering, soffit and board work

If you are well presented, professional, and possess a perfectionist attitude – you will be the perfect choice for this Company..

What’s required?

* A minimum of 5 years’ roofing experience (as a main roofer, not as an improver)

* Experience of hot work, e.g. torch on felt

* Essential - Own van and tools

* Blue CSCS card

* The willingness to work on sites throughout South East London

* Amazing customer service and a cracking sense of humour
