Hunters' client, a well-established and innovative manufacturer, is looking for a Cable Assembly Technician to join their growing production team in Worthing.

Cable Assembly Technician - The Role

Working as part of a skilled manufacturing team, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality cable assemblies and electrical products to exact customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and assembling specialist cable assemblies and wiring looms
Soldering, crimping, stripping, and terminating cables to a high standard
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions
Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process to ensure every product meets exact specifications
Maintaining a clean, organised workspace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives Cable Assembly Technician - The Fit
Previous cable assembly and soldering experience is essential
Confident using hand tools and working on precision assemblies
Able to read technical drawings and follow detailed build instructions
Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
Positive, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team What's on Offer
Early finish every Friday (1pm)
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
