We're looking for an organised and proactive Customer Account Coordinator to join a growing business in Elland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration and working closely with different departments to ensure customers receive an outstanding service.
No two days are the same. You'll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, processing orders, coordinating requirements and ensuring everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
The Role
As a Customer Account Coordinator, you'll work closely with customers, warehouse, logistics and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing customer accounts and building long term relationships
• Processing customer orders and sample requests
• Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
• Monitoring orders and keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Coordinating with warehouse and operational teams
• Preparing shipping and dispatch documentation
• Managing back orders and resolving customer queries
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Supporting invoicing and general administration
Salary description
£12.80 - £12.80 per hour
