How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior MEP BIM Coordinator & MEP Coordination Manager Opportunities

    City of London | Commercial & Data Centre Projects | Full-Time

    An established and highly respected MEP contractor, recognised as one of London's leading building services specialists, is looking to strengthen its BIM and coordination team with the appointment of a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator and an MEP Coordination Manager.

    Working on a portfolio of prestigious commercial and data centre developments, you'll play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects alongside experienced design and delivery teams.

    Senior MEP BIM Coordinator

    Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Package

    We're looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator who has a strong background within building services and is confident delivering coordinated MEP models across complex projects.

    Key Requirements

    Extensive experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator within the building services industry.
    Advanced proficiency in Revit.
    Strong understanding of MEP coordination processes and clash detection.
    Experience working on commercial and/or data centre projects.
    Ability to work collaboratively with design, engineering and delivery teams.
    Excellent communication and organisational skills.

    Package

    Basic salary of £50,000-£55,000.
    £5,000 car allowance.
    All travel expenses paid.

    MEP Coordination Manager

    Salary: Up to £65,000 + Excellent Package

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Coordination Manager looking to take ownership of coordination delivery across major projects.

    The role combines office-based coordination with regular site attendance, ensuring successful project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

    Key Requirements

    Proven experience managing MEP coordination on large-scale building services projects.
    Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.
    Excellent Revit knowledge and BIM coordination experience.
    Experience working on commercial and/or data centre developments.
    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
    Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

    Package

    Basic salary up to £65,000.
