Nursery Manager - Full Time
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Simply Education are proud to be working in partnership with a Nursery to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a friendly nursery, supporting both children and staff while ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead and support the team, and create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily running of the nursery.
Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team.
Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Ensure the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
Support staff development and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for providing outstanding childcare.
