The HR Business Partner will manage a designated portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the effective and timely delivery of client requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
Service Delivery:
· Provide expert HR advice and support to clients on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
· Respond to client’s HR advice requirements in a timely manner, both over the phone and by email.
· Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies, alongside Lead HRBPs, that align with client business objectives.
· Provide HR support at client’s premises from time to time, sometimes at short notice.
· Provide expert HR advice and consultation to clients, helping them navigate complex HR challenges and optimise their workforce.
· Carry out new client health check meetings, and support with client service queries.
· Provide relevant monthly updates for client activity and ensure the client relationship management system (HubSpot) is updated.
· Contribute towards the HR strategic agenda within the client base, building relationships with stakeholders.
· Contribute suitable material for client and prospect employment law updates/ delivering training in accordance with the marketing and client relationship strategies of the business.
· Proactively manage the client contract identifying trends and patterns and making
recommendations to Senior Management Team.
· Support on other client accounts, if required, providing coverage for annual leave as required.
· Lead on consultancy (one off) projects
· Attend client site and remote meeting as required by the Lead HRBP and clients.
· Deputise for Lead HRBP as appropriate.
Commercial:
· Support and assist with prospective client tenders as required by the commercial team.
· Identify the need for and upsell additional services within the client base.
· Represent the Company at networking and promotional events.
General:
· To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in appropriate training activities. · Keep up to date with the employment legislation. · To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses. · To undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy. · To act as an ambassador of the Company and promote the company brand, always displaying a positive image to customers and members of the public. Attend and lead in external exhibitions and networking events.

Attributes, Experience and Qualifications
· Demonstrable experience within HR, preferably within an HR services or consultancy firm.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· CIPD Level 7 qualification.
· Membership of the CIPD – ideally MCIPD or above.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
· Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
· Experience in providing HR support to a diverse client base.

Salary description
£26.00 - £26.00 per hour
