How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Partner with the Editorial team to deliver Special Interest Groups, our flagship event format
    • Build, configure and quality-assure webinars across our events platform and website
    • Own the collection and quality control of event assets, including speaker bios, headshots, artwork, and logos, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams
    • Manage broadcast communications, including invitations and joining instructions to speakers and internal stakeholders
    • Schedule and oversee speaker preparation sessions and presentation recordings
    • Provide hands-on technical support during live webinar delivery

    • Support the accurate and timely delivery of client reports
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, and documentation

    Systems & Process Management

    • Use project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to track events, timelines, and campaign delivery
    • Maintain accurate internal documentation and workflows
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience through better use of systems and processes

    What We’re Looking For

    • 12–18 months+ experience in a B2B environment in an events, operations, client success, sales administration or project management role
    • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Confidence working with digital platforms such as webinar systems, CRMs, email tools, and project management software
    • A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong customer-service mindset
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    What We Offer

    • A supportive, collaborative environment where initiative is encouraged and success is shared
    • Opportunities for progression into senior event, client success or broader operational roles as the business grows
    • Hands-on experience delivering high-profile webinars and virtual events in the life sciences sector
    • Hybrid working model with a Central London office location
    • 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 with tenure)
    • Regular team socials and company events

If you are highly organised, enjoy taking ownership and thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
