Our Client is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the commercial delivery of residential construction projects

Cost reporting and financial management
*
Procurement and subcontractor management
*
Managing variations and valuations
*
Supporting final account negotiations
*
Working closely with operational and project teams
*
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For

Assistant QS or Project QS experience

Residential project experience

£60000.00 - £65000.00 per year
