At Voyage Care, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our IT Infrastructure & Services team as an IT Asset Apprentice. This role is designed for someone at the start of their journey — giving you real responsibility, structured learning, and the support you need to grow into a long-term career in IT.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key part in keeping our IT operations running smoothly, supporting everything from equipment deployment to asset tracking.
Your day-to-day will include:

Maintaining accurate records of IT assets (hardware, software and mobile devices)
Processing orders for equipment and supporting procurement activities
Assisting with the setup and distribution of laptops, devices and accessories
Coordinating deliveries and collections with colleagues across the business
Supporting the management of our mobile device fleet
Helping with audits and ensuring data accuracyThis role is a mix of administration, coordination and hands-on IT support — giving you a well-rounded introduction to the field.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need prior IT experience — we’re more interested in your potential and attitude.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A genuine interest in technology and how it works
Strong organisation skills and reliability
Great attention to detail
Confident communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, general computer use)Any admin or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
