Key Responsibilities
* Support new customer onboarding and product adoption.
* Respond to customer queries and coordinate resolutions.
* Maintain accurate client records, notes and account activity.
* Monitor customer engagement and identify potential risks.
* Help prepare account reviews, usage reports and customer updates.
* Work with sales, support and product teams to improve customer outcomes.
About You
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple customer requests.
* Customer service, account management or administrative experience is beneficial.
* Comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
