How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    PRIMARY TEACHER – BROMLEY

    Job Title: KS1/KS2 Primary Teacher

    Location: Bromley, London
    Pay Range: £194.21-£310.73 daily (PAYE/UMBRELLA)

    Contract type: Temporary

    ANZUK Education are working with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Bromley seeking a Primary Teacher to join their team ASAP. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach within a supportive KS1 or KS2 team, delivering engaging lessons and contributing to a positive learning environment for pupils.

    The school is known for its clear behaviour systems, collaborative planning culture and strong leadership visibility, creating an environment where teachers can focus on delivering high-quality teaching and achieving strong pupil outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

    *

    Plan, prepare and assess learning to support pupil progress and attainment.

    *

    Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and engagement.

    *

    Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development.

    *

    Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching standards.

    *

    Communicate effectively with parents and carers when required.

    The Ideal Candidate Will:

    *

    Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

    *

    Be a confident ECT or experienced Primary Teacher with KS1 or KS2 experience.

    *

    Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

    *

    Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.

    *

    Show an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

    *

    Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
