How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (September 2026 start, interviews ASAP)

ANZUK Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow seeking an SEN Teacher to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) from September 2026 (interviews taking place ASAP).

This full-time, fixed-term position offers the opportunity to teach a small class of 6–8 pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs within a highly structured and nurturing environment. The class benefits from the support of two dedicated Teaching Assistants, enabling a collaborative and individualised approach to learning.

The school is known for its strong inclusive ethos, excellent pastoral care, and commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs. Please note, this position is only suitable for teachers on M1–M3 scale.

    Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with ASD and complex needs.
Develop and implement individualised learning plans (EHCP targets).
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs.
Create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils’ communication, social, emotional and sensory development.
Work collaboratively with two Teaching Assistants to deliver high-quality support.
Manage behaviour positively in line with the school’s SEN and behaviour policies.
Liaise with parents, carers and external professionals where appropriate.

    The Ideal Teacher Will:

    Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Be on M1–M3 pay scale (essential requirement).
Have a strong interest or experience in SEN, particularly ASD and complex needs.
Be patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education.
Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

    What The School Offers:

A supportive and collaborative staff team.
A well-resourced ARP with strong TA support (2 TAs in class).
Small class sizes allowing for personalised teaching.
A nurturing and inclusive school environment.
Opportunities for professional development within SEN.
Engaged pupils and a welcoming school community.
