How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Technical content creation (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, website copy, reports, user manuals).
    B2B, robotics, drone, or industrial tech environments.
    SEO-optimised content and landing pages.
    Website management via WordPress or Webflow.

    Are you a skilled content professional who can turn complex technical detail into clear, compelling copy Our client, an award-winning robotics company, is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to drive content strategy across digital channels, working closely with teams across the business.

    Ideal Candidate:

    5 years of technical content creation experience, with a strong emphasis on Marketing.
    Background in a technical, B2B, robotics, drone, or industrial tech environment.
    Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
    Business savvy, understanding business priorities and complexity of Sales processes.
    Fantastic English language both written and spoken.
    Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-variety role supporting multiple teams.

    Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

    Understanding of UAV systems, flight controllers, sensors, robotics hardware, automation software, or industrial control systems.
    Experience writing for technical audiences (engineers, operators, industrial decision-makers).
    Experience creating content around hardware products, electrical systems, or mechanical devices.
    Ability to script or storyboard product demo videos.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Content Creation.
    Produce high-quality written content (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, website, reports, user manual) on topics related to drones, robotics, automation, hardware / software systems, and industrial technologies.
    Translate complex engineering or product details into clear, compelling content accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
    Create SEO-optimized articles and landing pages to increase organic traffic and technical authority.
    Digital and Social Media Content.
    Develop technical and product-focused content for Social Media and other platforms.
    Manage and update website content using WordPress or Webflow, ensuring accuracy in technical product descriptions and specifications.
    Support product launches, campaigns, and webinars with relevant digital content.
    Graphic and Multimedia Production (nice to have).
    Create clear, professional visuals using Canva or Figma, such as diagrams, infographics, and feature highlights.
    Edit short-form video clips, demos, product walkthroughs, or test-flight footage for social media or product pages.
    Data and Performance Optimization.
    Monitor content performance using GA4 and platform insights to guide ongoing improvements.
    Optimize content based on analytics, user behaviour, and SEO best practices.
