Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join a project based in Gillingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Operating forklift machinery safely and efficiently on site
Loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required
Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any defects
Supporting general site duties when required
Requirements
Valid forklift operator certification (relevant tickets required, e.g. CPCS or NPORS)
Proven experience operating forklifts on construction or industrial sites
Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic
Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Salary description
£19.00 - £20.75 per hour
