MEP / Building Services Design / Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer / Building services
This design engineer role is to join a growing forward thinking engineering consultancy which offers a family feel. You will be supported in a team environment and your career development will be encouraged via training and opportunities for progression.
Most of the work will be MEP / building services design for NHS trusts (new build and upgrade projects) and commercial and residential projects. Projects are primarily located in the south of England, with most clients being in the south coast area. You’ll benefit from great client relationships and ongoing repeat business.
Responsibilities
* Maintain client relationships.
* Work with the clients to establish the brief and follow the project through to the technical fulfilment.
* Input on fee preparations.
* Provide complete designs with an eye for detail.
* Manage medium and large sized projects dependent on your experience level.
* Oversee junior members of staff.
* Offer a friendly and supportive outlook to colleagues and clients.
Experience Required
* A competent Electrical Building Services Design Engineer.
* Electrical / Building Services Design qualification to HNC/Degree level;
* Experience of designing electrical building services.
* Experience should include calculations, drawings, specifications.
* Sound interpersonal skills.
* Hold a full UK driving license

£40000.00 - £60000.00 per year
