We're partnering with an established international manufacturer and technology business that is investing heavily in growth and looking for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of its journey.

The Opportunity:
You'll own the marketing strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels, ensuring every campaign has a clear objective, measurable outcomes and a tangible impact on business growth. Working closely with sales, technical and operational teams, you'll develop campaigns, manage digital platforms, oversee exhibitions and events, and continuously analyse performance to maximise return on investment. You'll also lead and develop one direct report while becoming a trusted voice within the senior leadership team.

We're looking for someone with:

Proven B2B marketing experience
A strong commercial mindset and obsession with ROI
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and campaign management/planning platforms
Strong digital marketing and content creation capabilities
A data-driven approach to campaign performance
The creativity to think differently and bring new ideas to the business
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
A mentality focused on growth, continuous improvement and delivering resultsPersonality matters just as much as experience.
