Groundworker

Groundworkers – x2 Required

📍 Project Details

* Long-term project – 3 years

* Monday to Friday (Saturdays available)

* Up to 60 hours per week

💷 Pay & Hours

* £22.00 - £27.00 per hour

* Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours per day)

🔨 Key Responsibilities

* Carry out all aspects of groundworks

* Read and interpret site drawings and plans

* Set out walls and foundations

* Install drainage systems

* Work with and install steel frame structures

* Carry out excavation and preparation works

* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Follow all health & safety procedures on site

📋 Requirements

* ✅ Minimum 6 years' experience in groundworks

* ✅ Valid CSCS Card (preferred)

* ✅ Valid DBS check

* ✅ Proven experience carrying out high-quality groundworks

* ✅ Ability to read and work from drawings

* ✅ Own tools preferred

* ✅ Willingness to relocate/work away from home

* ✅ Non-UK nationals must hold Settled or Pre-Settled Status

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
