Nursery Assistant - Northampton | September Start

A friendly and welcoming nursery in Northampton is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive setting where every child is encouraged to learn, explore and develop through play. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced practitioners to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for young children.

The role:

Supporting children's learning and development through a range of fun and engaging activities.
Helping to create a safe, caring and stimulating nursery environment.
Encouraging children's social, emotional and physical development.
Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, play sessions and outdoor learning.
Working closely with the nursery team to ensure every child receives the support they need.What we're looking for:

Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting is desirable.
A positive, caring and patient approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's early years development.
A relevant Early Years qualification is beneficial but not essential.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous, although this can be arranged if required.What we offer:
