How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Liaise with key suppliers, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    * Undertake process design calculations and engineering assessments.
    * Produce detailed design documentation in accordance with sound engineering practices for industrial water and wastewater treatment systems.
    * Carry out multidisciplinary plant design and specification, including:
    * Equipment schedules
    * Valve schedules
    * Pipework schedules
    * Electrical connection schedules
    * Ensure plant equipment is appropriately sized and suitable for operational requirements.
    * Use proprietary OEM software to generate process performance projections and assess the suitability of water treatment systems.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support successful project delivery from concept through implementation.
    About You
    We're looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is eager to learn and develop within a collaborative engineering environment.
    You will have:
    * A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
    * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
    * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
    * Excellent attention to detail, particularly when applying engineering principles.
    * Good IT skills.
    * Initiative, integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
    Desirable Skills & Experience
