How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Delivery Manager | Digital Transformation | Government

Great delivery isn’t about chasing status updates. It’s about creating the environment where brilliant teams can do their best work.

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital programmes across government and public sector clients.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, designers and product specialists, helping deliver digital services that improve how organisations operate and how users interact with them.

This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity, enjoys working closely with clients and knows how to keep delivery moving without getting lost in unnecessary process.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Leading the delivery of complex digital programmes

    • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

    • Managing risks, dependencies and delivery plans

    • Supporting Agile teams to deliver high quality outcomes

    • Removing blockers and driving continuous improvement

    • Working closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineering teams

    • Helping shape successful delivery across multiple client engagements

    What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience delivering technology or digital transformation programmes and be confident leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.

Ideally you’ll also have experience delivering into UK Government or the wider public sector and understand the pace, governance and expectations that come with those environments.

You’ll be someone who can build trust quickly, communicate confidently with both technical and non technical stakeholders and create the conditions for teams to succeed.

    Why join?

You’ll work on meaningful programmes that make a genuine difference while being part of a consultancy that values collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement.

No two projects are the same, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide variety of organisations, technologies and delivery challenges while continuing to develop your own career.

If you’re passionate about delivering digital transformation and enjoy helping teams achieve great outcomes, we’d love to hear from you
