How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    DevOps Engineer | AWS | Terraform

    Build platforms that power digital transformation.

    We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, automating everything that should be automated and building cloud platforms that make developers’ lives easier.

    You’ll join a growing digital consultancy delivering modern technology solutions across a range of enterprise and public sector clients. No long term support projects. No legacy data centres. Just interesting cloud first programmes where you’ll help shape how platforms are designed, deployed and operated.

    Working alongside talented software engineers, architects and delivery teams, you’ll build secure, scalable AWS environments, implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and create CI/CD pipelines that enable teams to deliver software faster and more reliably.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Designing and building AWS cloud infrastructure

    • Developing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

    • Building and improving CI/CD pipelines

    • Automating deployments and operational processes

    • Supporting engineering teams with cloud best practice

    • Improving platform security, monitoring and resilience

    • Solving technical challenges across a variety of client projects

    What we’re looking for

    You’ll already have commercial experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer and be comfortable working with AWS and Terraform.

    You’ll also bring experience of:

    * CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps

    * Docker and container technologies

    * Linux administration

    * Bash or Python scripting

    * Cloud networking and security

    * Agile delivery environments

    Experience with Kubernetes or AWS certifications would be a bonus, but they’re not essential.

    Why join?

    Every project is different, meaning you’ll constantly be learning and working with new technologies rather than maintaining the same platform year after year.

    You’ll be surrounded by experienced engineers who genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge, solving problems together and building technology the right way.

    Whether you’re looking to deepen your cloud expertise, gain exposure to large scale digital transformation or simply work somewhere that values engineering excellence, this is an opportunity to make a real impact
