We are currently looking for an experienced CPCSTraffic Marshal / NPORS Banksman to start on a busy construction site in Faversham.
Job Details:
* Location: Faversham
* Start Date: Monday, 6 July 2026
* Duration: 2–4 weeks
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 19:00pm - 12.5 hrs paid
* Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour (UTR)
Duties will include:
* Safely directing site traffic and plant movements.
* Banking vehicles and heavy machinery in line with site safety procedures.
* Controlling access to the site for deliveries and visitors.
* Maintaining a safe working environment for operatives, pedestrians, and the public.
* Communicating clearly with drivers, machine operators, and the site team.
* Carrying out daily checks on traffic management measures.
* Reporting any hazards or incidents to site management.
* Following all health and safety regulations and site rules.
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS Traffic Marshal / NPORS Banksman qualification.
* CSCS card.
* Previous experience working on construction sites.
* Full PPE.
* Reliable and punctual with a good attitude to work.
