As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, personalised lessons to a small class of pupils, adapting learning to meet individual needs and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, specialist staff and a dedicated leadership team who are committed to ensuring both pupils and staff thrive.

The Role:

Teaching a small class of pupils with special educational needs
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Creating a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and specialist professionals
Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP targets
Building positive relationships with parents, carers and external agencies
Promoting independence, confidence and achievementThe Successful Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching primary or secondary-aged pupils
A passion for inclusive education and SEND
Strong classroom management and communication skills
The ability to adapt learning to meet a range of needs
A patient, creative and resilient approach
