Join our Estates team and play a key role in maintaining the outdoor spaces our residents use every day.
As an Estates Maintenance Operative at Amplius, you'll carry out a range of grounds and estate maintenance tasks, helping to create attractive, well-kept neighbourhoods and delivering a visible service that makes a real difference to our communities.

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 7.30am to 3.30pm & Fri 7.30am to 2.15pm

What you'll be doing
* Maintaining communal gardens, landscaped areas and green spaces across our estates
* Carrying out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, litter picking and general grounds maintenance
* Applying weed, moss and algae treatments where required
* Helping to keep estates safe and tidy by reporting issues such as fly tipping, abandoned vehicles and landscaping concerns
* Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
* Recording completed work and using mobile technology to update jobs and records

Important - You must have a full UK driving licence, be able to clear a DBS check, and have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
