What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough inspections of materials and products to ensure they meet specifications.
Identifying defects and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records for compliance.
Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Participating in audits and quality reviews to continually improve our processes.
Training team members on quality standards and best practises.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes.
Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus!
