How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    No minimum education required

    Job description

Are you confident working with BIM in a support and coordination capacity, and keen to help project teams work smarter rather than simply produce drawing? This role offers variety across multiple projects, with a clear focus on improving digital delivery and efficiency at studio level.

    About the Practice

This established, design-focused architecture studio delivers complex, high-quality projects across commercial and workplace sectors. The team combines strong technical capability with a thoughtful, process-driven approach to design delivery. With a growing project pipeline, the studio is continuing to invest in its digital capability and BIM workflows. You will join a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and technical development are actively encouraged.

    The Role

You will work as a Digital Design Coordinator, supporting multiple project teams with BIM setup, workflows and day-to-day efficiency. Reporting to the BIM Manager and working closely with Project Directors, this is a coordination and support role rather than a production-focused position.

    Responsibilities

    • Support project teams in setting up Revit models, sheets, templates and tools
    • Assist with BIM standards, workflows and best practice across projects
    • Monitor and improve digital efficiency and consistency in project delivery
    • Provide troubleshooting and guidance to teams using Revit and associated tools
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of studio-wide BIM and computational processes

    Requirements

    • You have strong experience working with BIM in an architectural environment
    • You are highly proficient in Revit and understand project setup and coordination
    • You have worked in a BIM Coordinator, Digital Design or similar support-focused role
    • You are confident advising and supporting teams
    • You are organised and able to manage input across multiple live projects

    What Is On Offer

    • 5 month fixed-term contract with potential to transition into a permanent role
    • Hybrid working within a collaborative studio environment
    • Opportunity to shape and influence BIM processes across multiple projects
    • Opportunity to work for a well-known and respected practice

If you enjoy enabling others to deliver better design through smarter use of digital tools, this role offers a meaningful step in that direction.
