Initially supporting a global function of around 100 employees, you'll play a pivotal role in organisational transformation before expanding your remit to support a broader client group of approximately 100 employees.
This is far more than a traditional HR Business Partner role. You'll be a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, balancing strategic people initiatives with pragmatic delivery to help build an organisation equipped for its next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
You'll work closely with senior business leaders to influence organisational design, talent strategy, workforce planning and leadership capability across a truly global population.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Partnering with senior international stakeholders to deliver strategic people initiatives.
- Leading organisational design and workforce planning activity to support business growth.
- Driving talent and succession planning, including performance calibration, career pathways and 9-box talent reviews.
- Using people data and commercial insight to identify trends, improve retention and support better decision making.
- Coaching leaders through change, organisational evolution and complex people challenges.
- Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and the wider People team to ensure the business is attracting, developing and retaining high-performing talent.
- Supporting the continued evolution of the People function towards a commercially focused Business Partnering model.
- Providing guidance on complex employee relations matters where required.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience partnering senior leadership teams within complex, fast-paced organisations.
- Strong organisational design, workforce planning and transformation experience.
- Experience leading talent, succession and performance management initiatives.
- Confidence influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to use people data to shape decisions.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge alongside experience supporting global stakeholder groups.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a business that moves quickly and embraces change.
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation investing heavily in its future, where the People function is playing a central role in shaping business performance.
You'll have genuine visibility with senior leadership, the opportunity to influence strategic decisions on a global scale and the scope to broaden your remit as the business continues to evolve.
