How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Description The CRM Data Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining CRM data, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com administration, data integrity, and system optimization. Day-to-day tasks include updating and cleansing customer records, monitoring data quality, managing user accounts and permissions, and configuring fields, workflows, and reports in Salesforce. The CRM Data Administrator will troubleshoot system and data issues, support users with queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the CRM system supports business processes and reporting needs. The role also involves documenting procedures, assisting with system upgrades, and contributing to continuous improvement of CRM-related processes.
    Qualifications
    • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and ensure high data quality.
    • Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration experience, including managing users, permissions, fields, workflows, and reports.
    • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, support users, and document processes clearly.
    • Candidates should possess System Administration and Troubleshooting skills to maintain CRM performance, resolve technical issues, and support system enhancements.
    • Relevant experience in CRM or database administration, preferably within a media, marketing, or creative environment.
    • Proficiency with data management tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and basic reporting or BI tools.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field is beneficial.
