ZEE is hiring for Head of Global Content . Preferred candidate should be based out in UK , having worked in their content ecosystem but an Indian Origin .
Job Responsibilities :
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic global projects across content, platforms, distribution, and partnerships
- Drive international market entry initiatives, including feasibility, execution, and localization
- Lead international content projects such as co‑productions, adaptations, and global originals
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across content, legal, finance, technology, and marketing
- Manage global partners, studios, distributors, and stakeholders
- Track project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and ROI
- Present progress, insights, and outcomes to executive leadership and board
Key Skills & Capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking with execution excellence
- Expertise in managing multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder projects
- Deep understanding of the media & entertainment ecosystem (TV, OTT, digital, studios)
- High cultural sensitivity and global stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial, negotiation, and communication capabilities
Experience - 15 to 20 years .
