We're looking for a Reward Specialist to join a leading organisation in Halifax and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across reward, benefits and payroll. This is a varied position that combines the commercial side of reward with the operational responsibility of delivering an accurate and compliant payroll service.
You'll be joining a collaborative People function where you'll have the opportunity to influence reward initiatives, support business growth and help ensure colleagues are rewarded fairly and competitively.
The Opportunity:
This role offers a unique blend of reward strategy and payroll expertise. You'll help drive initiatives around pay structures, incentives and employee benefits while ensuring payroll remains accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
Working closely with colleagues across People, Finance and the wider business, you'll provide insights that support decision-making and help enhance the overall reward offering.
About You:
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Analytical reward knowledge and expertise
- Confidence working with data and translating it into meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a naturally analytical approach.
- A solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong Excel and systems skills.
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
