PRS is delighted to be partnering with an exceptional high-volume London restaurant owned by a Michelin-starred chef, renowned for delivering outstanding Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Junior Sous Chef who is ready to further develop their leadership skills and take the next step in their culinary career within a large, dynamic kitchen brigade.

The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and senior kitchen team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume kitchen while maintaining the highest culinary and service standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the leadership team in the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
- Assisting with service management and helping to run sections during busy periods
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Supporting stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Assisting with staff training and the development of junior team members
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
- Helping to drive organisation, efficiency, and teamwork across the brigade
- Contributing ideas and creativity towards menu development and seasonal dishes
- Leading by example and promoting a positive, professional kitchen culture
About You
We are looking for a chef with a strong work ethic, excellent attitude, and a genuine desire to progress within a high-performing kitchen.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or strong Chef de Partie within a high-volume restaurant environment
- Experience working with Middle Eastern and/or Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service standards
- Experience supporting stock management and ordering processes
- A passion for food, hospitality, and continuous professional development
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow
- The ability to perform calmly and effectively under pressure
