Role: Amazon Vendor & Marketplace Coordinator

We're working with a well-established, award-winning health and beauty brand on a genuinely exciting hire - a dedicated Amazon & Marketplace Coordinator to own their channel operations across the UK and Germany, plus leading retailers and their TikTok Shop.
The role
You'll be the end-to-end owner of a vital, multi-market Amazon Vendor operation - from order receipt to fulfillment, chargeback management, 3PL liaison, cross-border compliance and performance analytics. You'll also carry accountability across retail marketplace accounts from day one.
What they're looking for
- Proven Amazon Vendor Central experience - this is a must
- Multi-marketplace exposure (UK and international, ideally Germany)
- Strong Excel skills and a genuine comfort with data and reporting
- ERP experience
- Methodical, proactive - someone who spots the problem before being asked
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse and Sales
