Here you’ll get to:
- Assist Operations Services Manager with Operations service delivery
- General administrative duties within the team including but not limited to raising Purchase Orders, chasing data requests and processing invoices
- Ensure all requests are within set cost boundaries, escalate any requests that incur additional costs
- Expense processing using SAP/Trans4
- Assist with drafting timely internal communications, generate the weekly Newsletter and updates in Fremantle’s intranet
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and contacts
- Perform First Aid and Fire warden duties
- Any other duties and ad hoc tasks as required
We’re looking for:
- Experience providing admin support including meeting setting and processing invoices
- Excellent written skills on and offline, with a digitally-curious mind
- Strong IT skills - MS Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Confident, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work individually and as part of a busy team
- Flexible approach to daily workload with a positive and proactive can-do attitude
- Fire Safey, First Aid and Defibrillator trained (– or willing to be)
