In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to gather information, craft clear and engaging proposal content, and manage the overall quality of tender responses.
You’ll develop written submissions, refine technical input, maintain content libraries, and produce visually appealing documents and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office and InDesign. To thrive here, you’ll need strong communication skills, great organisation, APMP Foundation accreditation, and experience in bid writing—ideally within construction or housing. Based in Loughton (four days in the office, one from home), the role offers £50,000–£70,000 plus a generous benefits package including a company car, private medical cover, wellbeing support, and more.
