HAIL Partners is working with a Private Equity firm to find a Recruitment Associate for a 12 month FTC based in London.
This is a newly created role sitting within the HR function. You'll be responsible for managing Workday, coordinating interviews, preparing offers and contracts, and acting as the key point of contact for candidates and agencies. The firm actively encourages use of AI tools to bring efficiency to the process.
Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment coordination end-to-end, including requisitions, offers, contracts and onboarding handover
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Serving as the primary liaison for candidates and recruitment agencies
- Owning the recruitment tracker and keeping stakeholders informed
- Supporting early careers events and student partnerships
- Managing and updating their HRIS (Workday)
- Support the wider HR function on a variety of projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment/HR/administration experience, ideally within private equity, asset management or financial/professional services
- Hands-on Workday experience (ATS/HRIS set-up, requisitions, agency access)
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of output
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive and can-do attitude
