You will be an expert in creating people plans that align staff to purpose and strategy and well-versed in guiding leaders and organisations through change processes.
About the organisation
The MCS Foundation is an independent UK charity working to accelerate the transition to homes that are fit for the future — warm, affordable to run and powered by renewable energy.
Through research, advocacy, grant-making and strategic partnerships, the Foundation champions practical solutions that help reduce carbon emissions, tackle fuel poverty and support the UK’s journey to net zero.
Since its establishment, the Foundation has played a significant role in promoting renewable energy and energy-efficient home improvements, influencing policy and supporting initiatives that deliver lasting environmental and social impact. With ambitious plans for growth and continued influence, the organisation is committed to creating positive change for people, communities and the planet.

Through this work, you will help create a future-ready organisation equipped to maximise its impact and deliver its long-term strategic goals.
